Eat Food to Reduce Hunger

Canned Food UI

Eating food is the best way to reduce and remove Hunger. You can check the food how much the food can reduce hunger in the inventory. Certain foods may not remove Hunger completely so be sure to stock up on food as much as you can.

Drinking water and alcohol also reduces Hunger, albeit slightly.
