You can unlock and loot a room filled with items and weapons during the Lost Boys Mission while looking for Mastiff's group, making it a Side Mission worth to complete.

The Poppy Field is a quick Side Mission where you can get 1000 Coupons if you complete it normally and return the Religious Icon to Mityay. You can get the Unknown Stalker's AR416 with low durability instead of the Coupons if you trade the Religious Icon to Pomor.

Although risky, you can also search the houses and corpses around the field for additional items while doing the mission.

Warlock Debtor

Warlock Debtor's completion rewards can give you 900 to 1200 Coupons. You will also have a chance to obtain Valik's Custom AKM-74S during the last objective of the mission.

Note that you will have to fight a group of bandits if you decide to take the custom gun, so prepare yourself for a gunfight!
