This is a choice guide on whether you should kill or spare Nimble in STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Find out if you should kill or spare Nimble during the In Search of a Guide mission, as well as the outcomes and consequences of both choices.
Kill or Spare Nimble Choice Results

Nimble will give you Professor Kalancha's Map as well as the coordinates to Clear Sky. You will recieve 2699 Coupons plus you can pick up the Saiga D-12 he drops on the ground. You can ask Nimble questions and dialogue with him further. |
| That's no Excuse (Kill Nimble) |
After a brief alteraction, you kill Nimble. Requires you to loot Kalancha's Map from his corpse to get the coordinates for Clear Sky, which then triggers Ad astra per aspera. You can loot a UDP Compact from his corpse as well as his dropped Saiga D-12. |
The choice occurs at the end of the In Search of a Guide mission, where you confront Nimble about stealing your scanner and knocking you out in the intro sequence of the game. You will get Professor Kalancha's Map and the coordinates for Clear Sky regardless of your choice. But sparing him will net you 2699 Coupons.

Should You Kill Nimble?
You Should Spare Nimble
It is better to spare Nimble as you will get everything you can get from him, including a decent payout of 2699 Coupons, if you let him live for a short while then kill him afterwards. However, his living or dying does not affect the story or the ending.
Alternatively, if you are building up Skif's character a certain kind of way, you can spare him, get the Coupons, and kill him as he turns his back towards you.
