Go to Yaniv Station and talk to Harpy where she will present you with three different types of missions. You can keep repeating these jobs, but you will have to wait before they become available again.

Kill Some Lowlifes
Head to the marked location on the map to kill all of the enemies there. You will earn 2000 Coupons after completing this job.
Pick Up a Shipment for the Tech
Harpy will mark a random location on your map that you need to go in order to get the tools there that you need and deliver it to Harpy to complete the mission. You will also gain 2000 Coupons after the delivery.
Track Down Tresspassers
Harpy will request you to kill hostiles that killed her people after tresspassing. Go to the location she marked in the map and eliminate the hostiles there. You will get 3000 Coupons.
Return to Harpy
Go back to Yaniv Station and report to Harpy about completing your mission to get your reward. This will conclude mission, but you can come back to her after some time to get another job.
