Rostok is a Freedom base found in the heart of the Rostok. This base can serve as a temporary shelter in case of Emissions, and also a good resupply point while you're out in the Zone.
These NPCs can be found in Rostok. Technicians are merchants that can repair and upgrade your armor. Guides allow you to fast travel to previously unlocked areas. Traders can you money in exchange for Artifacts. Medics sell you healing and recovery items for the road.

This crashed helicopter site is a good place to farm electric artifacts. The area has many electro anomalies to watch out for.

This abandoned area has an artifact waiting for you underground. Though it doesn't have anomalies in the area, it has its fair share of mutants and bandits.
This small area has many gravitational anomalies. It will have the usual combatants and some dogs, so stock up before hunting an artifact.
