Rubber Layer Blueprint During the Lost Boys

The Ninth

During the side mission the Lost Boys, you will have the option to Help or Kill the Ninth. If you don't spare him, you'll miss out on getting the Rubber Layer Blueprint since it won't be lootable from his body.

Lost Boys Walkthrough

Free Ozk's Explorer Suit During Behind Seven Seals

OZK Explorer

One missable set of free armor is the free Ozk's Explorer Suit that you get in the lower levels of the Sphere installation. Hang a right after exiting Solder's room and it should be in a small alcove right before the door you use to exit.

Note: You'll be able to purchase the Ozk's Explorer Suit elsewhere using Coupons however, with how much items, upgrades, and repairs cost in the game, a free set of good armor goes a long way to save your funds.

Side Missions in Zalissya

Missable Side Missions

After the main story mission chain that starts with Extreme Simplicity, an event will occur in Zalissya. If you ignore this event while in the Lesser Zone, it will automatically fail and you'll lose all access to side missions in Zalissya.

Free PSZ-20W Convoy Armor in The Last Drop of Blood

Free PSZ-20W Convoy Armor

During the main mission The Last Drop of Blood, you'll come across an unassuming office with a free PSZ-20W Convoy Suit sitting inside. Since you won't be able to return to this area after this mission, this becomes a missable for those who don't explore the side rooms thoroughly before leaving.

Similar to the Ozk's Explorer Suit, you'll still be able to purchase the PSZ-20W Convoy elsewhere. However, with it being a mid-game suit, it'll cost a lot to purchase and even more to consistently keep in tip-top shape. A free copy will always be better.

Missable Main Story Content

Most of the early and mid-game main missions will have you working closely with either the Spark Faction or the Ward Faction. Depending on your choices in key main missions, your allies and the nature of your missions will differ greatly based on the route you took.

The changes include different quest objectives and even accessibility to certain Bases in the Zone. Weigh your options carefully, since late-game decisions will also affect the ending you get for STALKER 2.

Points of No Return

Extreme Simplicity Starts Changing the Bases in the Zone

Extreme Simplicity signifies the end of the first arc of the main story. If you go through with it, you'll have to complete a series of main missions in SIRCAA that permanently change some of the landmarks in the Zone. Before you start Extreme Simplicity, make sure you go out and explore first, since you'll be losing access to some of the Bases scattered throughout the map.

Additionally, stock up on ammunition and meds since you won't be able to leave SIRCAA until you finish all 4 of its related main missions. This location will not have any stashes or merchants which means you won't be able to deposit items or resupply with essentials for the duration of the missions.

All Base Locations

Main Story Point of No Return is the Down Below Mission

The official Point of No Return for STALKER 2 is the Down Below main mission. Once you proceed with the start of this mission, you won't be able to return to or explore the Zone until you finish the mission (and the two that follow).

Additionally, if you do decide to proceed, all of your ongoing side missions will be cancelled. Make sure you do everything you want or need to do before embarking on this mission.

Rubber layer found in one of stashes on map (not Journalist's)

The unknown stalkers AR416 or whatever it’s actually called may be missable from Pomor. I haven’t checked fully into it yet.
