This is a guide on how to get the Beast, a unique variant of the RPM-74, in STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Learn how to get the Beast, its stats, such as damage, and weapon properties like weight and the accepted caliber.

How to Get the Beast

Kill Korshunov During Down Below

Col. Korshunov

The Beast can be obtained by killing Col. Korshunov during the Down Below main mission. This boss fight only occurs if you sided with either Spark or Strelok during previous missions. If you're playing the Ward route, the Korshunov boss fight will be replaced by Richter.

Do note that the Beast cannot be used in a regular playthrough as it is obtained after you pass the point of no return in Down Below. You can still use the Beast during the final mission, just make sure to bring compatible ammo for it via your personal stash (Strelok or Kaymanov routes) or the nearby Trader (for Spark route).
