Follow Nightingale
Follow Nightingale while listening to his dad jokes until you get to the hunting site. There won't be Anomalies or enemies along the way so you can rest easy and focus on following him.
Kill the Blind Dogs
A pack of Blind Dogs will spawn in the area and attack you immediately. Pull out your weapons and try to kill them quickly to avoid getting overwhelmed by their speed and number. A shotgun would be the best weapon to use at close range and a rifle at mid-range.
After that, find and loot the Electric Collar from one of the dead dogs.
Return to Nightingale
Talk to Nightingale to give the Electric Collar to him and get the money from the bet. After that, you can help him with the another Side Mission, Nightingale's Hunt, to help him hunt other dogs in the Lesser Zone.

Anonymous 6 monthsok so this quest is bugged. If i kill all the dogs or shoot more then the npc I do not receive any coupons just one 1 can of food. And this is playing on any difficulty. if i dont bother to shoot the dogs i get the money.
