The Personal Stash in Zalissya is located beside the bed inside the house north of the Trader.

The Personal Stash in Yaniv Station is beside the bed near Trader Wreck's and Technician Harpy's rooms.

The Personal Stash is near the bed at the 2nd floor of Enerhetyk Palace of Culture. The area is next to the cubicle of Technician Bolero.
Note that you need to progress the main mission, The Boundary, to get access to Prypiat.

The Personal Stash in Rookie Village is located near the bed inside an underground bunker. Find the light brown bunker entrance near the campfire of Stalkers.

The Personal Stash in Cement Factory is located near the bed at the 4th floor of the northwest building of the base.

You can find the Personal Stash in between the two beds on the floor above Trader Viktoria Dorozhnyuk's spot. Take the stairs near her to reach the area.
You can open the map and see the location of the Personal Stash at a base. Note that the map calls the Personal Stash as Private Box and is indicated by a box icon.
Find the large orange trunk and open it to find your stored items. Your Personal Stash can hold an infinite amount of consumables, ammo, weapons, and armor, so feel free to deposit items that you plan on selling.
In addition, the items stored in the Personal Stash are always available regardless of the base you are in. For example, items stored in Zalissya will still be available in other base locations via the Personal Stash.
