Put Vodka in the Stashes

Misha and Grisha will ask you to put a Vodka on each of the stashes for Panas. You can do them in any order, but you will always meet Panas on your third stash.

If you choose to steal the contents of the stashes, you will be attacked by Panas on the third stash and won't get any Coupons. If you follow the objectives and placed Vodka on each stash, you will get a set amount of Coupons depending on the difficulty.

Put Vodka in the Stash on the Power Transmission Pylon

Travel east from Slag Heap to find the stash on the Power Transmission Pylon. Once you reach the tower, climb up using the logs nearby. You can then access the stash on a nest.

The stash contains a Hilka Detector, Moonlight Artifact, and Flash Artifact. You can steal it or follow the objective and leave a Vodka inside.

Put Vodka in the Stash at the Pile of Concrete Blocks

The stash at the pile of concrete blocks can be found west of Slag Heap. The area where the stash is located infested with tons of rodents, so be sure to prepare your weapons before going there.

If you decide to loot the stash, you can get a M10 Gordon, a Suppressor, and one RNBW 2X Scope attachment. If you don't want the loot, make sure to leave a Vodka to progress.

Put Vodka in the Stash Near the Poisonous Hole

The stash near the Poisonous Hole is inside the cave surrounded by two small trees and not in the poisonous swamp. You can get there by going around the Poisonous Hole until you are in a dirt path south of the stash marker.

The stash contains an Optician Gas Mask and an AKM-74U, with some ammo and a grenade. Remember to put a vodka in there if you don't want the items to progress.

Meet Panas at the Third Stash

You will meet Panas on the third stash regardles on the order of completion of the stashes. You won't be able to access the last stash no matter what you decided to do on the stashes.

If you didn't steal his items, he will talk to you right there and ask for an Anti-Radiation Drug. Giving him one will end the mission there and you will receive your reward immediately. If you don't have one at the moment, a Vodka would suffice, but you will have to wait for him to meet Misha and Grisha to get your reward.

Mission Description
Cutting ties with certain friends is easier said than done, even when you're aiming for a fresh start. But in the Zone, you don't get to pick your pals — you stick with them till the bitter end, even if they're dragging you down. I just hope Panas knew what he was getting himself into when he asked for their help.

Completion Rewards

You can get a fixed amount of Coupons depending on your difficulty by strictly following the objectives. If you don't want Coupons, you can collect the items on each stash and use them for yourself.

However, you can only loot two of the three stashes, so pick the two stashes that you really want before proceeding.
