Budmo! is a Side Mission where you will be on a quest to put vodka in three different stashes in STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Read on to see the Budmo! Mission location, the vodka stash locations, and all its rewards, as well as learn if you should steal the stashes or not!

Budmo! Walkthrough

Starting the Budmo! Mission

You can get the Budmo! Mission once you talk to two drunkards, Misha and Grisha, in Slag Heap. You can immediately start it after crossing the Northern Checkpoint at the end of Behind Seven Seals main mission.

Misha and Grisha will ask you to put Vodka inside Panas's Stashes on this mission, but you can steal the items instead and use them yourself. If you don't want to steal the items, put vodka on the stashes to receive a Coupon reward from Panas.

Put Vodka or Steal the Stashes

You can put vodka in the stashes or steal them. Putting vodka in the stashes will allow you to talk to Panas at the end and get Coupons, but he will attack you if you steal at least one of the items.

The order of visiting the stashes matters if you want to steal them, as you won't be able to get the items on the last one. Decide which two to steal before doing anything on the stashes.

Stash Locations
Pylon Stash	Items: Hilka Detector, Moonlight Artifact, and Flash Artifact You can find this on a nest by climbing the log and the platform on the side.
Concrete Blocks Stash	Items: M10 Gordon, Suppressor, and RNBW 2X Scope You can find this inside a circular concrete blocked with wooden planks.
Poisonous Hole Stash	Items: Optician Gas Mask, Buket S-2, some Pistol Ammo, and a RGD-5 Grenade The stash is inside the cave surrounded by two small trees near the poisonous swamp. Go around the Poisonous Hole until you are in a dirt path south of the stash marker to find the entrance.

Should You Steal the Stashes?

The items on the stashes will help you progress with the main story and other side missions, so it's best to steal them. Stealing will require you to kill Panas once you meet him at the end, but his death doesn't have any consequences.

However, you might consider stealing his items and following the main objectives instead if you're role-playing as a good stalker in the zone.

Meet Panas at the Third Stash

You will meet Panas on the third stash regardless of the order. You can access the stash but it will be empty, even if you kill him before talking to him.

If you steal one or all of his items, he will shoot you immediately without any discussion. Make sure to fight back before he kills you!

On the other hand, Panas will talk to you if you've added vodkas on the stashes successfully. He will then ask for an Anti-Radiation Drug to counter radiation, as he already stopped drinking alcohol. Giving him one will end the mission there and you will receive your reward immediately. If you don't give him one, you will have to wait for him to meet Misha and Grisha to get your reward.

Mission Description
Cutting ties with certain friends is easier said than done, even when you're aiming for a fresh start. But in the Zone, you don't get to pick your pals — you stick with them till the bitter end, even if they're dragging you down. I just hope Panas knew what he was getting himself into when he asked for their help.

You can start this mission once you get to Slag Heap, which you can reach once you finish the Behind Seven Seals main mission. You will have to cross the Northern Checkpoint to reach it.

Completion Rewards

You can get a fixed amount of Coupons by strictly following the objectives. If you don't want the Coupons, you can collect the items on each stash and use them yourself.

However, you can only loot two of the three stashes, so pick the first two stashes that have what you want the most.
