The Busting Myths mission is fairly straightforward as you only need to talk to Sidorovich after finishing the Legends of the Zone main mission.
You will get 35,090 Coupons (depending on the Difficulty) by finishing the quest.

Finish Legends of the Zone Main Mission
In order to unlock the Busting Myths Side Quest, you will have to complete the Legends of the Zone main mission where you'll have to locate Lab X3 during it.
After finishing the mission, the Busting Myths side mission will automatically appear in Rookie Village where Sidorovich is.
Legends of the Zone Walkthrough
Return to Sidorovich
After completing Legends of the Zone, go back to Rookie Village and speak with Sidorovich about finding an entrance to X3.
You will reveal the truth about the lab and Oasis to Sidorovich. He will give you Coupons afterward which will finish the mission.
