IPSF is a hostile faction that guards the Sphere POI of the Lesser Zone in STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Read on to learn the location of IPSF's base and the discoverable stashes in the area.

The IPSF faction can be found at the Sphere POI located in the northeastern portion of the Lesser Zone region (bordering the Cordon region). You can go to this area immediately after discovering the Zalissya. However, you should be careful about exploring this area, especially if you have not done the Behind Seven Seals missions, as the NPCs in this area are hostile to you from the very start.
Due to how the main story plays out, the IPSF faction will always be hostile to you regardless of progression and the choices that you make in your playthrough. This means, you won't really have to worry about your faction reputation with them since they will always be hostile.
Additionally, unlike most factions in the game, the IPSF won't have a "base" that houses regular trader NPCs. Instead, they only have a fixed location that they guard for story purposes.
There is a Journalist's Stash on top of a building in the northwest portion of the Sphere POI. Climb the ladder on the left side of the building, and you will see the Jornalist's Stash by the two pipes.

There is a stash behind a metal grate at the end of the underground tunnel with the toxic puddles that you encounter towards the end of the Behind Seven Seals mission.
If you did not encounter this during the mission or want to go there before the mission, head to the northwest of the Sphere POI, just a bit outside of the military compound, and you will see the tunnel entrance.
