Northern Checkpoint Locked Door

Choosing to give the Ward Sensors to Richter in A Needle in a Haystack mission will prompt you to exit the Lesser Zone through the Northern Checkpoint at the end of the Behind Seven Seals mission. However, when you reach the gate, it is locked. Before heading north, be sure to get the key from Gaffer.

Go back south to the Zalissya Bar and look for Gaffer. Talk to him, and he will give you the key to the Northern Checkpoint.
