List of Contents
1 | Once you're on the scaffolding, turn right and jump over the platforms on the other side. |
---|---|
2 | Cross the wooden bridge on your left and run to the other end. You'll be passing by the Anomaly, so wait until it calms down first before continuing and get to the other side before it expands again. |
3 | Turn right and hop over the next platform. On your left should be a metal walkway that ends in another gap. Jump over it and you'll find a path on your right that leads straight to the fire pillar. |
4 | Ignore the long path on your right and check the path ahead instead. Prepare for the next jump as it's a bit more difficult with the piece of wood blocking your path. Do a running jump so you can reach the wooden platform on the other side. |
5 | Walk on the piece of wood on your right and to another metal walkway. |
6 | Mind the gaps as you move to the northeast end of the tower. |
7 | You will find the small stash on your right, placed on one of the wooden pillars. Look for a skeleton next to a pillar to locate the stash. |

Weird Nut | Unique Effect: Promotes rapid blood coagulation when attached to your belt, but the wounds will take time to heal. | One of the legendary "altered items" often mentioned in hushed tones by stalkers around the campfire. Eerily cold to the touch, this unusual nut promotes rapid blood coagulation when attached to your belt, though the wounds themselves take longer to heal. |
List of All Legendary Artifacts
You won't need metal bolts to set off or locate these flame-based Anomalies as they are constantly burning in the form of a fire pillar at the center of the Cooling Towers. Just stick close to the walls and you'll be safe from horrible burns.
The fire pillar will sometimes intensify and expand its area of effect that will cover most of the Cooling Towers. You'll know if an area inside the tower has reached dangerously high temperatures if the scaffolding and steel pillars on it are burning.
One way to be safer around flame-based Anomalies is to increase your Thermal Protection through gear. This minimizes the damage you receive in case you get within the range of the Anomaly, especially whenever it expands.
