Using Medkits is the best way to restore your Health in STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl. Learn how to restore your health and how to avoid dying here!
List of Contents

Medkits are the quickest and easiest way to regain lost health. Use one to restore your health. The amount will depend on how much health you lost and how effective the Health Restoration stat of the medkit is.
| Medkit | Effects |
|---|---|
Medkit |
・Health Restoration - Strong ・Reduce Bleeding - Medium |
Army Medkit |
・Health Restoration - Maximum ・Reduce Bleeding - Strong |
Scientific Medkit |
・Health Restoration - Maximum ・Reduce Bleeding - Medium ・Reduce Radiation - Strong |
Note: Even if playing on Stalker Difficulty (Normal), the game is very generous when it comes to handing out Medkits for you to use. Make sure to loot the bodies of your fallen opponents to get big stacks of this item, easily.

Bandages are used to stop yourself from Bleeding out. On use, they will stop Bleeding while also granting a small amount of health if you manage to complete the animation. You'll know you're bleeding if the edges of your screen turn red and if you have the red droplet icons above your HP bar.

If you find yourself losing small amounts of HP without Bleeding, you can opt to save your Medkits and Bandages and instead consume food with Health Restoration. Eat Sausages or Canned Food to regain a small amount of lost health while exploring.

Honestly, this guide on restoring health is super helpful. The tips about using medkits and avoiding radiation made me think about real-life balance too. I’ve been using DribbleUp https://dribbleup.pissedconsumer.com/review.html lately for my workouts, and it’s kinda like keeping your in-game stamina up - smart training plus tracking your progress keeps your “health bar” full IRL. It’s crazy how fitness tools today gamify everything.
