Obtain West of the Detention Center

M860 Monolith Location

The M860 Monolith is obtained in a Journalist Stash inside a ruined minivan in a small junkyard west of the Detention Center.

This area is found in the Garbage region and is only accessible once you have gained access to the checkpoint exits in the Lesser Zone as part of the main story.
