Door Opens as Part of In the Name of Science Side Quest

Storage on the Hill Locked Door Solution

The main door in Storage on the Hill will remain locked until you progress through the In the Name of Science side quest.

The door will open once you reach the quest objective that requires you to find the device that jams the collar sign.

If you enter the location without starting the side quest, the area will be guarded by two Bloodsuckers.

Inside the Narrow Room at the Gas Fumes Room

You can find the stash inside a narrow room with a skeleton at the gas fumes room. Climb the topmost floor of the room using the ladder at the second floor and head near the open window to find the stash.

Loot the stash to get ammo, consumables, and a High-Capacity APSB Magazine.
