Found on top of the ruined shipping container crane system in Rostok. Head west from the base towards the Scientist Helicopter POI to find the crane. Then, use the ladders to reach the operator booth to find the suit.

Found next to a large red pipe connecting two cliff faces to the southeast of the Rostok Base. Make sure you approach the pipe from the western cliff so you get an easy jump down to the suit and the stash next to it.

There are multiple places where you can get a free SSP-99 Ecologist. The quickest way to get it is from the acid gas cloud room inside the Laboratory during the main mission, Answers Come at a Price (Spark route). The SSP-99 Ecologist isn't locked to a main story route, but it's a bit more difficult to get.

Just have to point out that most of this list, are not unique armor. Unique means "no other like it", "one of a kind", "the only one exactly like it". Much of this list is rare armor, not unique. For example, in addition to the one found in said location, you can also by the Liberty Exoskeleton from the armor merchant in Rostov after a certain point. Once there is a second of said item (whether bought or found elsewhere), by definition it is no longer unique as there are more than one.
