Gangster pick-up during A Minor Incident

During the main mission, A Minor Incident, you will explore the VPC Mirror in the Malachite region. The Gangster will be found on a table inside the Switchboard Room - the same table that holds the Mirror Activation Memo.

Be prepared to fight the giant mutant rats that spawn near the Switchboard Room as well as the zombies that re-animate once you slot in the fuses and restore power.
