Hold the Tab Key to Open the Radial Menu

Press and hold the Tab key to open the radial menu. From there, press the C key to attach the grenade launcher.

Hold the B Key to Change Firing Mode

You can also equip the gun and hold the B key to change its firing mode. This allows you to switch to the grenade launcher underbarrel attachment

Add a GP-25 or Two-O-Three Underbarrel Grenade Launcher Attachment

GP-25	・AKM-74S	Vog-25

To get a grenade launcher, make sure to have either the AR416, Kharod, or the GP37 and add the Two-O-Three Underbarrel Grenade Launcher upgrade from a Technician.

If you have an AKM-74S, you will need to attach the GP-25 instead.

Note that you can still attach a grenade launcher even if you have the Vertical Foregrip upgrade. The grenade launcher will overwrite the foregrip when you equip it but the foregrip will return once you remove the attachment.

Buy the Grom S-14 from Wreck

You can also buy the Grom S-14 from Wreck at Yaniv Station. This assault rifle has a built-in grenade launcher so you do not need to add an underbarrel attachment to it.

Note that the ammo that this gun uses is the Vog-25 and it is not compatible with the HEDP.
