You can choose from one of the three jobs from Owl. The difficulty of these jobs will depend on their Coupon reward. The higher the reward, the more challenging the job is.
Owl will have you pick up a Souvenir (a package) and deliver it to him. You will find it on a Vadya Stag's corpse, southeast of Weather Station, with a name "Unassuming Briefcase".
Getting this job will require you to eliminate a couple of bandits that are responsible for the Rat Race. You can find them wandering around the Hydrodynamics Lab.
Choosing the VIP Order will have you find a Crown Artifact. However, the Crown Artifact won't be marked on the map and you have to find it yourself.
To find one, you can travel southeast of Kupovate Collective Farm and follow the tracks until you see it. It will be guarded by several human enemies so try to take them out first before grabbing the artifact.
Owl will have you going into the marked location on your map to kill invading stalkers from Garbage.
If you choose this mission, Owl will have you looking for a missing stalker on the marked location. When you go to the location, you will have to fight enemies that are staying there.
You will also see the dead body of the missing person you're supposed to find. Loot their PDA from their body instead and bring it back to Owl.
Return to Owl once you've finished a job. He will then give you the corresponding Coupons for the job you have completed.
