Some Guns Require a Scope Mount Upgrade

Some Guns Require a Scope Mount Upgrade

If you cannot attach a sight to the weapon such as the Viper-5, it is likely that the gun needs a Scope Mount upgrade. You will have to visit a Technician at a base to add the upgrade to the gun before attaching a sight to it.

Attach Sight from the Inventory Screen

Equipping Attachment via Inventory Menu

To attach a sight to a gun, open the Inventory screen and hover over to the sight attachment. Right-click and equip it to a compatible weapon to attach it.

You can also drag and drop the attachment to the weapon.

Press and Hold the T Key (PC Version Only)

Press and Hold the T Key (PC Version)

On the PC version, you can press and hold the T key while your weapon is equipped to attach a sight. This is another way to do it without having to open the Inventory screen.
