There is no base found in the Burnt Forest, largely due to the lack of resources that a base would require in order to survive as a faction.

This location is covered with an anomaly that heavy fog that appears to distort your concept of direction. There is a powerful artifact to get here.
This area is found in the western section of the burnt forest. It has both thermal and acid anomalies doubling your chances of getting an artifact.
