Meet Up with Zakhar's Men at the Car Park

Go to the Car Park south of Slag Heap to meet up with Zakhar's Men. Talk to Leva once there to know more about the situation, but they will decide to rob you instead.

Hand Over the Coupons or Kill Zakhar's Men

You have two choices after talking to Zakhar's men at the Car Park. You can either attack and kill them right away or you can hand over 4,500 Coupons to avoid fighting them.

Kill Zakhar's Men

You can kill Zakhar's men and refuse to give them Coupons. After killing them, help Akopyan hiding in a corner and patch him up with a Bandage.

This will start the Deceive the Deceiver side mission, giving you a chance to take revenge on Zakhar for betraying you.

Hand Over the Coupons

You can hand over 4,500 Coupons to Zakhar's men if you wish not to fight them. However, you will not be able to get it back so it's better to kill them right off the bat.
