Talk to Wheezer
Talk to Wheezer downstairs and surrender your current items. Take the weapons and items from the locker they provided and use that on the match.
You will have to do this every time you challenge the arena.
Fight in the Arena

Fight in the arena from the first round and up until the fourth round. You won't be able to choose which round to fight on, and you will restart on your current round if you die.
You might need to progress on the main story if Round 4 onwards isn't accessible for you right now.
Arena: Round One (Two Thugs)
Round 1 is composed of two thugs to fight on. You can easily kill them with one headshot using the PTM pistol that Wheezer provided.
Try not to take too much shot from them as you can bleed out and end up losing the match.
Arena: Round Two (Psy Dogs)
The guns provided this time are a PTM pistol and a Buckshot shotgun. You will also get 1 Medkit for the entire match.
Use the pistol while shooting the Psy Dogs from a distance. But once they got close, quickly switch to the Buckshot to deal a fatal blow. Try to eliminate them quickly as they can multiple and prolong the battle.
Arena: Round Three (A Stalker Group)
You will start Round 3 with an M701 Super sniper rifle and a UDP Compact pistol. You will also get 3 Medkits for this round.
Utilize the M701 Super and pick them off from a distance before they get close. Use the cover and lean to the left or right to get a good angle on them.
Arena: Round Four (Chimera)
You will need to reach and progress on the Just Like the Good Old Days main mission to start Round 4. Take a break from the arena, play through it, and return after completing several objectives or the whole mission.
You will have a 1-on-1 fight against a Chimera using a Kharod assault rifle, 4 Medkits, and 5 Bandages. The best strategy is to climb on a two-level high box to avoid getting hit by the Chimera. You will want to go down and jump back up to lure the Chimera out, as it will hide if it can't reach you.
Arena: Round Five - Finals (Tyrant)

You will get to pick your weapon for the final round against Tyrant, along with 3 Medkits and Bandages. The best weapon you can choose would be the AKM-74U, as it is the easiest to use, but you can opt for the Rhino pistol if you want a challenge.
The fight against Tyrant will be a little bit easier than the Chimera. Use the covers to your advantage and try to shoot back when he's about to reload and hide.
Steal the Arena Gear (Recommended)
You can steal the Arena Gear without Wheezer and the Freedom residents getting mad against you. Stand on the door after winning the fight and then drop the items once you can no longer equip your guns.
Once all the items are on the ground, talk to Wheezer and exhaust his dialogue. Leave the room first before grabbing the items, as some of them will disappear from your inventory if you pick them up immediately. Reload a save if you missed the right distance to drop your items.
Return the Gear to Wheezer
You can go back to Wheezer after winning to return the items. You can retrieve your items from the safe after that if you don't want to take on the next round yet.
Receive the Reward from Arnie
Get your Coupon rewards from Arnie upstairs every time you win a round. The reward you will get will increase as you get to higher rounds.

In Round 2 if you stay in the far right corner it makes it much easier as the dogs can't flank you. In Round 4 I managed to get the chimera stuck by standing on the shipping container, it then jumped up there and couldn't get down again making it an easy target.
