The M10 Gordon may be bought from the Trader Huron at Slag Heap located up north further from the Northern Checkpoint. You will reach Slag Heap as part of the mission The Price Goes Up.
The M10 Gordon can drop from human enemies upon their death. Note that a dropped M10 Gordon will usually have medium to low durability (making it prone to jamming if you plan to use them as is).
Some enemies that you can encounter on the way to the Labyrinth as part of The Price Goes Up mission, in the scrapyard where you encounter a Rodent horde, can have an M10 Gordon on them when defeated.
