BDSP - Flint

Flint's Infernape knows the move Thunder Punch, which is a powerful Electric move that can inflict large amounts of damage on Water type Pokemon, especially against Gyarados who is 4x weak to Electric moves.

BDSP - Use Ground Types against Flint

Though Flint specializes in Fire type Pokemon, some members of his team also know an Electric type move as coverage against Water types. For this reason, it is better to use Ground types over Water type Pokemon during the battle.

Be Aware of Status Inflicting Moves and Abilities

BDSP - Rapidash using Hypnosis

Several of Flint's Pokemon can inflict status conditions with moves like Will-O-Wisp and Hypnosis, while some Pokemon like Magmortar also have the Flame Body ability. To deal with any status conditions during the battle, remember to bring plenty of Full Heals and Full Restores.
