The CQBR remains a viable weapon choice up until the final boss. Its rapid fire rate and high power makes it a breeze to deal with Novistadors, Regenerators, and other elite enemies in the later chapters.
Most Bosses in Resident Evil 4 move a lot, but the CQBR can keep up with their movements and has a high chance of staggering them. Furthermore, its damage against weak spots is tripled, making it one of the best weapons in the game.
