Place the Crescent Moon lamp on the west slot, the Star lamp on the east slot, and the Full Moon lamp on the north slot to solve the Ashley Mausoleum Lamp Puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4). Upon escaping the Armaduras in Chapter 9, you will find a locked gate with three Lamp slots in the Mausoleum. To solve this puzzle, you must place the lamp in the correct position to light up the corresponding shape.
Solving this puzzle will reward you with the Salazar Family Insignia. You will need to use this to open the gate in the Library, back in the room where you found the Hastily Written Note that mentioned the Grandfather Clock Puzzle Solution.
