It's unlikely that the Hookman will appear in the RE4 remake, as he hasn't showed up in the game's trailers, nor did he show up in the remake's demo. The demo's premier enemy was the Chainsaw Man.

The Hookman was an enemy in the RE4 Live Demo back in E3 2004, with the purpose of showing how combat works in general in RE4. He wasn't included in the original RE4 game and was used for demonstration purposes only.
