All Blue Medallion Locations

Chapter 1: Farm Blue Medallions

1	Hanging off the corner of the southwesternmost desolated house.
2	Inside the first large barn.
3	Hanging from the ceiling inside the westernmost shed.
4	Hanging from the large window of the central barn.
5	After exiting the second floor room with the gears, turn to your left and look underneath the opposite walkway.

Chapter 3: Quarry ~ Fish Farm Blue Medallions

1	From inside the quarry, look up towards the scaffolding northwest.
2	Underneath the docks where you first encounter the boat.
3	Above 2 breakable barrels, inside a shed in the middle of the Fish Farm.
4	On ground level, in the middle of some scaffolding in the western area of the Fish Farm.
5	Located underneath one of the platforms in the northwestern area of the Fish Farm. You'll need to head through an opening underneath the platform to get a shot at it.

Chapter 7: Castle Gate Blue Medallions

1	In the central room.
2	Up on the ledge, aim up to find it.
3	Next to the cannon.
4	Drop down from the cannon’s location and look up to find it.
5	From that room, go up and climb up the ladder, then look down and to the left.
6	Continue ahead to the end to find this one on the left.

Chapter 9: Grand Hall Blue Medallions

First Floor
Second Floor
1	At the entrance, to the left.
2	On the second floor of the main hall, inside the chandelier.
3	In the room past the main hall, next to the cage.
4	In the Dining Room, hidden in the curtains of a window.
5	In the Armory, above the chair on the upper floor.
6	In the Gallery, on the bottom floor to the left of the bridge across.

Chapter 14: Cargo Depot Blue Medallions

1	On entering the area, go ahead and to the right and look down to find it.
2	At the bottom of the staircase, face back towards the door you came in and look up high.
3	Go up the stairs and down the ladder. Head to the spot shown on the map and find it on a storage container.
4	Continue ahead and look up to your left to find it on the water tower.
5	Go across to the other side of the staircase and turn back to find it on a stack of crates.

Chapter 15: Cliffside Ruins Blue Medallions

NOTE: If you continue ahead into the next area past the door you have to crank open, it will shut behind you and you'll be locked out of finishing this Request.

1	Look up from the spot where you got the request note to find it in the window of the church. Shoot it with a weapon with good long range aim.
2	Turn around and look to your right to find it on the scaffolding.
3	Look the opposite direction and down to find it off the side of the cliff.
4	Go to the ruins, but don't go down the ladder yet. Look inside the door behind the ladder to find it.
5	Go down the ladder and look out the rightmost door to see it between the rocks.

Blue Medallion Rewards

Spinel x5 for Each Request

The rewards for each of the six Blue Medallions Requests is 5 Spinels. In total that'll give you 25 Spinels for completing all Blue Medallion requests.

Spinels can be traded to the Merchant for rare rewards. Be sure to complete Blue Medallion Requests each time they appear so you don't miss out, since you won't be able to come back afterwards!

Can You Get a Punisher?

Punisher

Unlike the original game, the Punisher is not a reward for the Blue Medallions Requests specifically, but instead can be purchased from the Merchant for 5 Spinel at any time.

While there is no achievement for getting all of the Blue Medallions, completing all 5 of their Requests will get you closer to getting the Jack of All Trades Achievement, which is obtained by completing all Requests.

Differences from Original Game

Optional Mini Game Assignment in the Original Game

Blue Medallions were an optional assignment feature in the original Resident Evil 4. These medallions were well hidden in various locations throughout Chapter 1 of the original game.

To unlock this assignment, players needed to go to the farm area to see a note, “About the Blue Medallions”, pinned to a tree near the chicken coop in the farm. The file instructs the player that there are a total of 15 Blue Medallions — 7 in the Farm and 8 in the Cemetary.

The note only says that the player only needs to destroy 10 Blue Medallions in order to be eligible for the reward. Shooting only 10 medallions rewards you with a specialized handgun, but getting all 15 medallions will reward you with an additional firepower upgrade along with the handgun.
