In Chapter 2 you'll find a lantern hanging over a well. Be sure to shoot the lid for the well first before shooting the lantern to prevent the pendant from falling into the well. You'll receive the Pearl Pendant which can be sold to the merchant for some quick cash. If you fail to shoot the lid, the pendant will become dirty and will sell for less.
Once you reach the Village Chief's Manor in Chapter 2, you'll find an enemy in the building's toilet going about his business. This is a reference to a scenario from the original game.
You can equip and throw an egg at the Merchant to get a unique reaction from him. You can do the same to other characters such as Luis and Ashley.
