When you reach the Abandoned Factory, the request can be seen right outside main door next to the Merchant.

Where to Find the Jacket

Jacket Location

Luckily you don't have to search further, as soon as you enter the Abandoned Factory, one of the villagers wearing Leon's jacket will attack you. Kill the village and take the jacket back to the Merchant to claim your prize.
