How to Skip Chapter 13 Turrets

Use the Brute as a Shield

Rush towards the stairs and place yourself just in front of the Gate with the Turret's laser between you and the Brute.

As soon as the Brute attacks you and passes through the lasers the Turret will fire at it; use the Brute's body as cover and run past the gate.

Get Knocked Back by a Novistador

Run past all enemies until you reach the stairs and stop as near as possible from the turret's laser.

Let a flying Novistador knock you back past the laser, the turret will fire at the Novistador and not Leon. This gives you an open space to rush to the gate where Ashley is held.
