RE4 Remake - Unlocking Professional Mode
After beating the game for the first time on any difficulty, you unlock Professional Mode. Professional Mode is the hardest post-game difficulty setting, featuring limiting factors like no autosaves and only landing Perfect Parries.

New Game Plus (New Playthrough)

Completing your first playthrough of the Resident Evil 4 Remake also allows you to start New Game Plus using your current save file. When beginning a New Playthrough, you get to keep most of your weapons and upgrades, but you have to collect specific items like Files, Key Items, and Treasures from the start.

Unlockable Costumes and Accessories

You also unlock specific costumes and accessories which you can buy at the Extra Content Shop after completing your playthrough. For example, you unlock Leon's Pinstripe Costume after beating the game for the first time on any difficulty.
