Treasures are valuable and often combinable items that serve only the purpose of being sold at high price. While you can buy Treasure Maps from the Merchant in exchange for Spinels, the Deluxe Edition of the game offers an Expanded Treasure Map showing Hidden Treasures!

Blue Medallions are optional destructible collectibles in the Resident Evil 4 Remake. There are a total of 6 Blue Medallion Requests in the game, which all reward varying amounts of Spinels on completion.
Clockwork Castellans are new collectibles introduced in the Resident Evil 4 Remake, being destructible figurines hidden and scattered throughout the game. There are a total of 16 Clockwork Castellans for players to find and destroy, one for each chapter of the game.

Charms are collectibles you can place on your Attache Case to gain various perks and bonuses. You can collect Charms by spending the Gold and Silver Tokens you obtain from the Shooting Range mini-game at the Token Machine.

You can customize your inventory with different Cases that offer various perks and in-game bonuses. You can change your Case at the Typewriters you come across to save your game.

Costumes and Accessories are equippable clothing items for both Leon and Ashley, most of which can obtained from the Extra Content Shop.
These clothes usually have no effect and are purely for cosmetic purposes; however, there are a select few unlockable Costumes and Accessories which have a special effect.

Weapon Attachments are parts you can place on your weapons to provide them with bonuses, such steadier aim and increased zoom magnification. You can buy most Weapon Attachments at the Merchant.

Crafting Recipes allow you to create specific types of ammo and throwable explosives on the fly. Like Weapon Attachments, you can buy Crafting Recipes at the Merchant.
Yellow Herbs are Recovery Items that permanently increase your maximum health when mixed with other herbs and consumed. You can find these rare plants scattered throughout each chapter of the game.
Rhinoceros Beetles are rare and well-hidden collectibles scattered throughout the game. Like Treasures, these insects sell for a high price at the Merchant.
Files are scattered notes and logs that can be found throughout the game. They hold information about past events, and may contain crucial information about understanding the story of the Resident Evil 4 Remake.
