You can repair your Body Armor by visiting the Merchant and going to the Tune Up screen. Keep in mind that the cost of repairing this item varies based on how much durability it has left.

You can check your Body Armor's current durability by looking at its icon on the lower-right of the HUD, right beside your health bar and ammo count. Always take note of your armor durability and have it repaired at the Merchant often to ensure it doesn't break during difficult combat sections and boss fights.
