Resident Evil 4 Remake Gallery Bridge

You can skip most of the gallery section by shooting the enemy that lowers the bridge in Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4). Learn how to trigger the gallery skip and how to progress through the castle quickly!

How to Skip Gallery Bridge

Kill Enemy That Pulls the Lever

While crossing the bridge in the gallery section, an enemy will pop out of a corner and pull a lever that lowers the bridge, exposing you to an ambush of enemies. You can skip this gallery bridge lowering by killing that enemy before the cutscene of it popping out and pulling the lever.

To kill this enemy, you'll need to use your Bolt Thrower to shoot an Attachable Mine behind the corner where the enemy is. This is the most guaranteed way to stop the enemy, as Grenades and Flash Grenades may fall short.

If it doesn't land on an enemy, an Attachable Mine will take longer to explode, so give it some time.
