Once you acquire the Hexagonal Emblem, simply interact with the hexagonal indentation. The solution to the gate puzzle is to rotate to the left once, then flip the emblem. Afterward, you will now be able to open the gate.

You can find Hexagon Piece C in the Small Cave Shrine in Chapter 4, which you can find at the northeastern corner of the lake. Complete the shrine puzzle, then turn right to find the chest containing the puzzle piece beside the Blasphemer's Head.

Upon entering the church in Chapter 4, get the Blue Dial inside the cabinet. This is located on the right side of the church. After that, use the lever near the altar at the center of the church to reveal the colored dials. Use these dials to rotate the stained glasses (Red, Blue, and Green) and solve the puzzle. To solve this, you must rotate all three colors in the correct position until there are no gaps in the Insignia Puzzle.

Four Swords Puzzle Solution

Place four different swords (Iron Sword, Golden Sword, Bloodied Sword, and Rusted Sword) in the correct sequence to open the locked door. The swords can be acquired from the murals except for the Bloodied sword which can be found in the next room that requires an Animal Gong Puzzle to be solved first to gain access.

Shoot the Animal Gongs behind the gate. To learn which Animal Gongs to shoot, you can check the animal engravings displayed on the gate.

Similar to the first Gong Puzzle, you will need to shoot the Animal Gongs depending on what animals are displayed on the Gate.

You can find the Serpent Head inside the Dining Hall which can be found in the Northeast room of the Grand Hall. You will need to solve the Dining Hall Bell Puzzle to complete to obtain this Key Item.

Where to Find the Lion Head

Lion Head Location

The Lion Head is in the Armory (northwest room in the Grand Hall second floor). From here, you can drop down the ledge at the center to find the missing Lion Head.

Where to Find the Goat Head

Go up to the last floor of the Grand Hall and through the door on the southwest side. Follow the corridor until you can see the Goat Head inside the Gallery.
