There are 4 unlockable stages in the Mercenaries Mode of Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4). These can be accessed by completing available Stages and earning the required ranks to unlock them.

There are 4 playable stages in Mercenaries Mode, which you can unlock by completing the preceding stage.

Mercenaries Stages Rank Requirements

Rank Score Requirement
S++ 1,000,000
S+ 500,000
S 200,000
A 100,000
B 50,000
C 0

The rank requirements are the same across all stages. To get the highest S++ rank, you need to score 1 million points in a single run either before you die or before the timer runs out.

You still get the score ranking even if you die, as long as you meet the score requirement.
