While playing Ashley in Chapter 9, you will find a broken Grandfather Clock in the Library after picking up the lamp. You can solve this puzzle by setting the time to 11:04 in Assisted or Standard Difficulty. However, if you are playing in Hardcore or Professional, you need to set the time to 7:00 instead.

After going up the hidden staircase, you will find a Bunch of Keys. You will need to use the 3rd Key on the elevator to reach the secret room. Here, you will find the Hastily Written Note file which says the solution.

Upon solving this puzzle, a hidden path will open up behind the Grandfather Clock. You need to go through here to progress further in Chapter 9.
