Shoot the gongs with the correct animal symbol to complete the Animal Gong Puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4). Read on to learn the solution for the first Animal Gong Puzzle and the second Animal Gong Puzzle in Chapter 7, where to find the gongs and their location in the Castle.

In Chapter 7, you will need to shoot the Animal Gongs behind the gate in the correct sequence to open it. To learn the correct sequence, you can check the Animal Symbol engravings on the gate.
The animal engravings can be found on the gate. You will need to shoot the gongs with a similar animal to complete this puzzle.

If you progress further in Chapter 7, you will encounter another Animal Gong Puzzle. Similar to the first Gong Puzzle, you will need to shoot the Animal Gongs depending on what animals are displayed on the Gate.
You can use the chandelier to cross the opposite side. From here, you will be able to see the Snake Gong behind the iron gate.

While playing Ashley in Chapter 9, you will find the Third Animal Gong Puzzle in the Mausoleum. You can solve this puzzle by using the bell pull to ring the gongs in the area.
Aim the lamp that you got from the Library to the Armaduras to stop them from moving for a short period.
Solving the first Animal Gong Puzzle opens up the gate where you can find the Bloodied Sword. You will need this Key Item to solve the Four Swords Puzzle which can be found in the same room. The second and third Animal Gong Puzzle will allow you to progress in Chapter 7 and Chapter 9.
