Play on Assisted New Game Plus

If you weren't able to complete the challenge in your first playthrough, it is recommended to complete the Sprinter challenge in New Game Plus mode on Assisted difficulty. The lower difficulty will have weaker enemies to fight through, and the mode will allow you to immediately play with upgraded equipment from a previous save.

For most combat encounters, you don't actually have to kill all enemies. To save both time and resources, you can just run past them to get to your destination. Equip the Striker Charm as well if you already acquired it. The charm increases your running speed by 8%.
