You can skip the automatic turret lasers on the Island in Chapter 13 by either having an enemy walk in front of the laser or having an enemy knock you behind the laser. This can be done with a Brute walking in front of the laser.
A similar trick can be done in Chapter 15 with a Novistador spawning to knock you behind the laser.
How to Skip Automatic Turret Lasers
The Killer7 becomes available at the Merchant in Chapter 13. The name of the fictional weapon is a reference to an older game of the same name by Capcom.
Sometime in Chapter 13, a burning enemy will come out of an oven to attack you or die instantly if you manage to avoid it. This is a reference to a similar jump scare from the original game.
