Press the right combination of symbols on the stone dais by checking the yellow markings on the walls and pillars to solve the Cave Shrine Puzzle in Resident Evil 4 Remake (RE4). Read on to learn how to solve the Large Cave Shrine Puzzle and Small Cave Shrine Puzzle in Chapter 4, and its location in the Village.

Inside the Large Cave Shrine in Chapter 4, you will encounter a puzzle where you will have to press a combination of symbols to unlock a steel door. You can solve this by looking at the yellow markings found on the pillars and walls of the cave.

In the Small Cave Shrine, you will encounter another puzzle similar to the Large Cave Shrine. Look for the yellow markings on the left side of the shrine and the second floor to complete this puzzle.
Cave Shrine Puzzle Rewards
Apostate's Head and Blasphemer's Head
Solving both puzzles will reward you with the Apostate's Head and the Blasphemer's Head. You will need to use these Key Items in the Mural Cave to obtain the Church Insignia.
