Acquire the Biosensor Scope

Acquire the Biosensor Scope

The Biosensor Scope can be found next to the water valve in the room from the Merchant's quarters. Attach it to your SR M1903 to find the Lord of the Waterway.

Scope out the Tunnels
With the water drained, go down the waterway and scope out the tunnels using the SR M1903. Once you see something resembles a fish, you've found your target. Shoot it, and sell it to the Merchant to complete the request.
