Play on Assisted New Game Plus

Like other Trophies and Challenges, the easiest way to complete Capacity Compliance is by unlocking New Game Plus and starting a New Playthrough on Assisted difficulty.

Carrying over your preferred upgraded weapons, Bonus Weapons, and accessories in an easier difficulty setting will make getting the trophy much easier.

Bring a Shotgun and SMG

If you plan on completing this trophy on your first playthrough, we highly recommend bringing your preferred Shotgun and SMG and giving them plenty of Damage upgrades. These weapons are a massive help for quickly taking down every nearby enemy before they make it on the lift and stop it from ascending.

Take Down Cultist Leaders First

While on the lift, prioritize killing Cultist Leaders or Zealot (Staff) enemies first. These red-robed foes can temporarily stun Leon and cause the Plaga of nearby Cultists to sprout, making them deadlier and more resilient to damage.

Utilize the Explosive Barrels

We also highly recommend making the most of the nearby explosive barrels scattered around the clock tower. Try to time your shots so that detonating these barrels hits and kills multiple enemies at once.

Load the Autosave If You Fail

If an enemy makes it on the lift, or if you want to practice dealing with this section, remember that you can always use your latest autosave to retry the clock tower lift from the beginning.

We recommend using this autosave over the Typewriter at the gondola, as it prevents you from backtracking up the clock tower and potentially taking unnecessary damage.

Successfully reaching the top of the clock tower in Chapter 12 without having the lift stop once rewards you with the bronze Capacity Compliance Trophy.
