The summit is almost within reach. Leon must search for Ashley and head straight to Luis' laboratory to purge the plagas inside their bodies.

Make Your Way to the Summit

Storm the Summit's Defenses

Climb to the top of the tower and turn right to where you can drop down. Follow the path past the merchant to enter the first combat area.

There's a lot of enemies in the next area, including one with a rocket launcher and a manned turret. Wait for a few moments for Mike to gun them all down from a helicopter. He will provide air support and try to eliminate enemies outside.

Go down the path Mike just cleared to reach the next combat area. Another tower will rain down fire as soon as you enter, so take cover for now and wait for Mike to blast them before proceeding.

Use the ladder at the end then cross the bridge to your right. The enemies will up their defenses and reveal an AA gun from the tower.

Destroy the Anti-Aircraft Gun

Reach the Turret

Drop down to the area below and go up the nearby stairs. You will notice a turret firing at you as you land. To destroy the anti-aircraft gun, you'll need to go up the stairs to reach the aforementioned turret. After taking out the enemies around the turret, take control and shoot the AA gun until it's destroyed.

If there are any remaining enemies below, you can use the turret to gun them down.

Make Your Way to the Summit

Open the Gate

Go back down and wait for Mike to clear another path for you. This leads to the next area where you need to open the gate via the two switches on the sides.

Try to take out the enemies manning the turrets above with a rifle to lessen the trouble. Climb the ladder on your right and exit the tower. Turn right and pull the lever at the end.

Before you continue to the other switch, use the turret to clear the other side. Now, drop down and climb the other tower where the other switch is nearby. Once the gate is open, follow the path for a cutscene.

Reach the Summit

Take the left path to the next building. Before you enter, take the Destroy the Blue Medallions 6 request at the entrance, which should be completed before leaving the Cliffside Ruins.

Inside the building, turn right to the corpses, and enter the next room. Interact with the wheel to open the door ahead.

Get inside the next room and circle around to reach the next wheel at the center. Quickly run to the stairs you passed by earlier and go through the door before it closes completely.

Exit the building and hug the left path (watch out for the Novistador) until you reach the top of the stairs. Head out to the other side and go up the slope. You'll spot a window with a mine trap just before the stairs.

Clear the mine and enter the building. Go upstairs and follow the path until you find the turret that you need to adjust so you can proceed. Head back outside and keep on following the stairs until you reach the summit.

Go After Ashley

Go around the back of the statue and approach the altar to trigger a cutscene.

Head for Luis's Laboratory

Carry Ashley to Luis' laboratory. The next area will be pretty linear so keep following the path until you reach the door. Use Luis's Key to unlock the lab. Approach the chair in the middle to start the purging and complete the chapter.

Lure Enemies Outside for Mike

The amount of enemies that you will face during the attack on the summit can be overwhelming. To reduce the heat a little, try luring them outside so Mike can provide air support and gun them down. This will help clearing out a building quickly before grabbing the loot inside.
