Yellow Herb Effects and How to Use

What are Yellow Herbs?

Permanently Increase Maximum Health

Yellow Herbs are Recovery Items that can only be consumed when combined with another herb (Green or Red). Yellow Herbs are different from the other herbs in that they increase Leon's maximum health, rather than his current health percentage.

The effects of Yellow Herbs continue for the entire game, so it's a good idea to go after them proactively to prepare Leon for later chapters.

How to Increase Health

Mix with Green or Red Herbs

To make the herb to increase max health, players have to combine different colored herbs with the yellow herb. For example Green and Yellow (G-Y) or Green, Red, and Yellow (G-R-Y) mixtures.
