Luis Serra is mysterious man in the village. He seems to know something about the virus plaguing the village and the whereabouts of the US President's daughter... but can he be trusted?
Luis Serra's voice actor is André Peña. It is quite noticeable that his voice in RE4 Remake sounds more playful with a different accent than in the original. Rino Romano was Luis Serra's voice actor in the original RE4.

Luis is a mysterious man wandering around the village. He seems to know what's happening in the creepy village and the location of Ashley, the missing daughter of the US President, who Leon needs to rescue.
Leon and Luis will eventually meet as you progress into the story.
Although Luis seems like an untrustworthy fellow due to his playful personality, there will be times when he will help Leon during his mission. Luis will fight enemies and bosses alongside Leon and share important information with Leon as well.
Luis Serra in the RE4 Remake has a different look compared to the original. His hair was changed from being long and slightly curly to short and wavy hair.
Luis' outfit was also re-designed but still has some similarities to the old one. His sleeveless jacket was altered to a leather jacket with sleeves with different embroidery.
